Institutional responsibilities:

(i) Implementing national laws, regulations, rules and policies on finance and the relevant provisions of Beijing Municipality. Research and formulate the financial industry development planning as well as industry promotion policies and measures in the region, and organize and coordinate the implementation.

(ii) According to the authorization of the municipal government, coordinating the construction and development of the National Financial Management Center, organizing the preparation of regional development plans, formulating special plans for transportation, municipal and environmental landscaping in conjunction with relevant departments, coordinating matters of regional local management and services, and taking charge of the work of providing services for the National Financial Management Center.

(iii) Responsible for contacting financial regulators and relevant organizations in the financial street area, and doing a good job of coordinating services.

(iv) It is responsible for studying and analyzing the situation and development law of the financial industry in the financial street and the region, and monitoring the development of the financial street and the financial industry in the region.

(v) Responsible for carrying out the introduction of financial institutions and industrial allocation in the region, and promoting the development of financial market construction in the region.

(vi) Coordinating the establishment and improvement of the financing service system and financial strategic partnership in the region. Responsible for the cultivation of listed enterprises in the region, organizing and promoting the listing and listing services for enterprises in the region.

(vii) Researching and formulating policies on financial talent services in the region and organizing the implementation thereof, guiding and coordinating the development and management of financial talent resources and the construction of financial talent teams in the region.

(viii) Coordinating and cooperating with relevant departments to carry out financial risk prevention and other related work in the region.

(ix) Responsible for external cooperation and communication, publicity and promotion, and brand value enhancement of the Financial Street.

(x) In accordance with the "management of industry must manage safety, management of business must manage safety, management of production and operation must manage safety" requirements, to assume responsibility for related work safety.

(xi) Undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government and the district government.
